What We Build
Most of our Fredericksburg work falls into a few categories:
Traditional and farmhouse-style homes on rural acreage. Two to five-acre lots in Spotsylvania and Stafford county, classic Virginia exterior lines, modern interior layouts. Open kitchens, large pantries, mudrooms that actually work, primary suites on the main level.

Multi-generational layouts. Homes designed for parents or in-laws living with the family, with private suite wings, separate entrances, or fully self-contained accessory units. This has become a much more common ask in the past three years.
Energy-efficient custom builds. Spray foam insulation packages, geothermal where the lot supports it, efficient HVAC zoning, solar-ready roofs. Not green-washed, just built right the first time.
Our Process
We start with a sit-down conversation. Tell us about your family, your lot or your lot search, your budget range, and what your current home gets wrong. That conversation usually tells us more than any spec sheet will.
From there we move into design, where you work directly with our team to develop floor plans, elevations, and material selections. We do not hand you off to a designer who has never met the builder. The person designing your home is on the team that will build it.
Construction takes nine to twelve months for most of our Fredericksburg builds. We schedule a weekly walkthrough during the active build phases so you see decisions getting made and questions get answered before they become change orders.
Final walkthrough, punch list, and certificate of occupancy. Then we hand you the keys and stay available for the warranty period and beyond.
